John Ohannes Atamian is a Los Angeles-based real estate consultant with Equity Union who helps people make confident real estate decisions through education, strategy, and honest guidance. Since entering the industry in 2018, he has built his business around a simple philosophy: real estate is about people, not sales.
John specializes in helping homeowners, first-time buyers, downsizers, absentee owners, and families navigating major life transitions. Known for his advisor-first approach, he encourages clients to explore all options, ask questions, and make decisions that align with their long-term goals.
A graduate of California State University, Northridge with a degree in Accounting and Information Systems, John leverages his analytical background and contract expertise to help protect his clients throughout the transaction process. He is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®).
