John Atamian is an exceptional real estate consultant at The Atamian Group bringing extensive experience in the real estate industry. John has successfully sold multiple properties from single family luxury homes to condominiums to leasing commercial spaces during transitionary real estate markets. He specializes in evaluating client’ needs, analyzing the real estate marketplace in various regions in Southern California. Then crafting and executing a strategic plan that helps people use the properly selected piece of property as building blocks to create family memories and for their financial present and future.

What helped John the most is that he brings industry knowledge in finance, accounting and insurance. Prior to the inception of The Atamian Group, John was an Auditor in the healthcare industry analyzing and guiding industry leaders in managed healthcare laws and best practices. Previous experience, he was an insurance consultant at a national firm where he educated and helped multiple families across the country with financial protection. These experiences weaved him to pass on his knowledge and experience in guiding and helping families, friends and clients.
He has contributed to a number of different industry charities, events and organizations, including Toys for Tots, L.A. Food Bank, and Tree People.
He double majored with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Information Systems from California State University, Northridge.
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, woodworking, and spending time with family and friends.
