This is not just about throwing an offer price. There is more to it other than price, which can make it compelling for the seller to accept the offer. A compelling offer may be attractive by its terms, such as solid contingencies, credits towards closing costs, or even "seller-paid" points! Whatever the situation calls for, I’m always there to advocate for my buyers success.
